General Terms and Conditions of Sale
- The service offered consists of the provision of individual French lessons online or in person at the teacher’s home
- All prices indicated on the website are inclusive of tax.
- The first online interview is free in all cases and aims to understand the needs and define a suitable programme.
- Payment is made by bank transfer on receipt of invoice. An invoice is issued every week or two depending on the programme chosen. Late payment of an invoice will result in the suspension of the course until it is settled.
- The client may terminate the course at any time, with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
- Any scheduled course not cancelled with 24 hours notice will be invoiced.
